CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Hi! I'm Tina - I'm an Aussie expat who spent most of my upbringing in Australia, where I also studied Fashion Design and Technology, before moving back to China in 2009 to start the company. Studying and working in Fashion in Australia is VERY different to working in China - or 'the battleground' as I'd call it. Producing different styles of apparel and accessories for well over a decade in such a fast-paced and innovative landscape has not only supercharged my knowledge in manufacturing, but it has also continued to challenge my own creativity, pushing it to ever-evolving new heights.
Of course, so much of our company's growth could not have been possible without the support and dedication of my team. We’ve been working and learning alongside each other 6 days a week for many years, spending more time together than with our own families! To say that we are a tight-knit (pun intended) work family would be an understatement... after all, we have achieved so much together as an 'army'. Here, I take the pleasure in introducing you to my amazing colleagues...

Kristy has been working in the industry for 14 years. 12 of those years at DP! She is not only our General Manager but also the usual point of contact for all client communication, working closely alongside me. She’s the one who meticulously translates all our clients’ tech packs, liaising with our team on every detail.
When she's not working, she's busy being a mom to 2 young girls and adopted cat! But she also loves travelling and spending quality time with her family.

Ah Jie has been working alongside me since our company started in 2009. Along with her big smile, she brings deep knowledge and invaluable support to our entire team with her 33 years of experience in pattern making and sewing. She may be one of our oldest team members but she's also one of the most resilient - rarely taking any sick days off during all the years we've worked together!
Perhaps it’s her love for jogging and relaxing in front of the TV in her spare time that keeps her so energized and ready for anything.

the seasoned expert with a perpetual smile
Ah Fei brings 33 years of fashion manufacturing know-how to the table, and for the past 12 years, she's been a vital part of our DP family. You will often find Ah Fei adjusting patterns and/or sewing quick mock-ups to ensure that our cut-and-sew partners thoroughly understand the construction requirements of specific products.
During her spare time she enjoys simple pleasures like taking her dog for walks and strolling through her buzzing neighborhood.

Ah Mun has been another invaluable team member for the past 15 years. Even though she has 24 years of industry experience, one of her greatest strengths is her ability to quickly grasp information and managing different tasks effectively, making her a good 'all-rounder' that our team can always depend on.
On her days off she loves watching entertainment shows, camping and exploring new places with her 2 daughters and husband.

Ah Mun -
the family adventurer & multitasking maestro
Ah See started out with an accounting background before a quick career change to join our team in 2009 where we trained her up to be a product coordinator. She's also very handy with Photoshop, so she's often helping our team with graphic design placements, edits and mock ups.
We can also rely on her to step in whenever our in-house cooking lady is away! During her time off she's either busy attending to her large family or exploring new places with friends.

the reliable family woman & computer whiz
After graduating high school, Ah Wah's first job was at DP in 2012 and she's been with us ever since. Despite her young age, she's one of the hardest working members of our team. She multitasks between organizing all our packaging needs and works closely with our trim makers on all label and tag developments. And on top of all that, you can thank her for always finding ways to ship your packages in the most cost-effective way possible, as she stays up-to-date with the latest, and ever-increasing shipping rates.
In her spare time, Ah Wah loves dining out with family, travelling and going to K-Pop concerts!

Ah Yan is one of the oldest on our team but she's also one of the fittest! We don't get to see her in the flesh that much as she's been a local Guangzhou native all her life and that's also where she does most of our fabric/trim sourcing almost every day (which is how she got her legs of steel!). She's a familiar face at the local fabric markets there and has helped us build good long-term relationships with many suppliers since she joined us in 2009.
On her time off, she likes to relax and hang out with her family and friends over Yum Cha.

'Ah Yee' actually means Aunty in Chinese - and she really is like a kind and generous Aunty to our work family. For the past 8 years she only works a few hours each day, mainly cooking lunch and dinner for the team. And whenever she sees us loading up a truck full of stock or packing an urgent order for shipping, she always lends a helping hand without ever being asked to!
When Ah Yee isn't working, she enjoys going out dancing with her friends and looking after her handful of grandchildren.

Both Mr. Tang and Mrs. Tang have over 20 years of experience in this field. They have been our steadfast partners since 2009, producing many of our woven menswear garments. After all these years, Mr. Tang always greet us with a smile and is ready to take on any challenge, no matter how complex the design. His positive attitude and willingness to tackle even the most intricate projects make him an invaluable partner.
Mr Zhu
WOVEN OUTERWEAR
With over 32 years of experience in the garment industry, Mr. Zhu has become a master in crafting outerwear. Since 2016, he and his wife and their team of skilled machinists have been our trusted partners, producing many of our waterproof and quilted/puffy jackets. These garments often take longer to manufacture, but Mr. Zhu's dedication and willingness to work closely with us ensure that we meet even the tightest deadlines. His commitment to quality and timeliness makes him an essential part of our production team.

We have been working with Mr and Mrs Lin and their reliable machinists for over 15 years! Their expertise lies in crafting beautifully made womenswear and elegant eveningwear. Specializing in delicate fabrics like silk and chiffon, they bring a meticulous touch to each garment. Whether it’s a completely hand-beaded gown or a simpler statement piece, they pay the same attention to detail, ensuring each creation embodies elegance and quality.

Mr. Wu began his journey in manufacturing back in 1989, bringing decades of experience to our team. While his factory excels at producing classic pieces like T-shirts and hoodies etc., our partnership truly shines when it comes to creating more complex and trendier knit garments. Mr. Wu's calm and patient nature makes him a pleasure to work with; he always takes the time to carefully navigate challenges and dilemmas with us, ensuring that every piece meets our high standards.

Mr. Wah entered the garment industry at just 18 years old! Since we began working together in 2012, we’ve produced a substantial amount of streetwear staples like T-shirts, crewnecks, and hoodies etc. Both Mr. and Mrs. Wah thrive in a fast-paced environment, understanding the importance of on-time (if not early!) deliveries while maintaining consistently high-quality standards. Their dedication makes them invaluable partners in our streetwear production.

Mr. Lei joined the denim industry in 2001 and opened his own cut-and-sew factory in 2014. Designing denim is truly an art form, with endless possibilities for washes and distressing effects. That’s why having clear communication and a trusted partner like Mr. Lei is essential for producing our denim products, ensuring that each design reaches its full potential.
Mr Deng

Mr. Deng has been immersed in the knitwear industry since 1999, bringing decades of expertise to our fully-fashioned knitwear products. Crafting knitwear, especially fully-fashioned pieces, requires precision in techniques like linking and shaping, which is why having an experienced partner like Mr. Deng is so crucial. His deep understanding of the craft ensures that every knitwear piece is not only structurally sound but also beautifully executed, capturing the essence of each design.

Ms. Li ''stepped'' into the shoe business in 1994 and has been honing her craft ever since. Whilst we source the finest imported leather and materials, we rely on Ms. Li's expertise to transform these materials into exceptional footwear. Crafting quality shoes requires a high level of precision in cutting, sewing and lasting, and Ms. Li’s decades of experience ensure that each pair is not only beautifully made but also built to last.
